With the problem being that there are not many studies on the app TikTok, the goal of this report is to survey users and perform a content analysis on six different profiles of artists gaining fame from the app. By looking into the progression of these artists, as well as the users' reactions, we can then understand the opportunities TikTok has created for artists of all kinds, and get to know how to be successful in the music industry today, during a global pandemic. The report below includes the research proposal, secondary research, and the methodology of the study. The report was done individually.
